MORAVIA GRAVEL 2024 is a 3-stage UB Cup Challenge on gravel tracks.
The three-day event, whose participants do not necessarily have to complete all three stages, starts on Friday afternoon with 43 km individual time trial in Litovelsko area and continues on the weekend by two stages with mass start, where riders can choose between long and short route.
Saturday’s stages measure 180km/152km, start from Olomouc and lead around basilica on Svatý Kopeček, through Sovinecko area, around water dams Slezská Harta and and Kružberk and through Nízký Jeseník, Moravice Valley and Vítkov Highlands. The finish line will be at camping Podhradí, near Vítkov, where riders will have opportunity to spend the night in cabins or in their own caravans or tents (which we can bring them in accompanying vehicles).
On Sunday, they will ride back to Olomouc along other routes, 161km/130km stages through Nízký Jeseník, Oderské vrchy, Hranicko and Haná.

1ST STAGE: Friday 20/09/2024 from 16.00, at intervals of 1 minute, start and finish from hunting refuge „Lovecká chata“ near Olomouc
2ND STAGE: Saturday 21.9.2024, at 9.00 a.m., start from Lake Poděbrady, finish at ATC Podhradí
3RD STAGE: Sunday 22 September 2024 at 8.00 a.m., start from ATC Podhradí, finish at Lake Poděbrady

BASECAMP 1 (FRI/SAT) – HANÁCKÝ DVŮR
Participants can arrange their own overnight stay from Friday to Saturday, or they can use a group reservation for the fastest 30 interested riders in the restaurant with hotel and camp „Hanácký dvůr“, on the outskirts of Olomouc, about 5 km from Lake Poděbrady.

BASECAMP 2 (SAT/SUN) – ATC PODHRADÍ
The MG24 BaseCamp between 2nd and 3rd stage will be at ATC Podhradí camp near Vítkov. Riders will have the option of sleeping in cabins or their own tents or caravans. The BaseCamp package also includes half board and beer/soft drinks on Saturday evening.

At each stage of MG24, we chose 4 TOP places as a „FotoPoints“, where riders will be entering their transit times and share their impressions on UltraBikers website.
We will also refer about the progress of MG24 on the social networks of UltraBikers Cup.
ENTRY FEE
Entry fee for participation in Moravia Gravel 2024 is:
– CZK 1,500 / 70 EUR + beatle bag included, when registering until 30/06/2024:
– CZK 1,800 / 80 EUR, when registering from 01/07 until 16/09/2024:
Entry fee includes: gpx files with routes, start number, sticker, coupon for a free drink at RestPoints and an isotonic drink, small snacks and drinks at the finish of the second stage, beatle bag with MG logo, transport of packages to RestPoints and a backpack from the start to the camp and back, diploma for finishers.
Entry fee does not include: overnight stay or food in BaseCamps. If interested, participants can book beds and meals via the registration form.

CANCELLATION
No cancellation fee is payable in case of cancellation of participation before 1/1/2024.
After payment of entry fee and subsequent cancellation of participation until 31.8.2024, the entry fee is no longer refundable, but it is possible to transfer it once to any other evEnt of UltraBikers Cup or MG25, without a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation in the period 1.-15.9.2024, the entry fee is not refunded, it is possible to have it transferred to another event of the UltraBikers Cup or MG25, but there is already a cancellation fee of 300 CZK / 15 EUR
In case of cancellation after September 16, 2024, the cancellation fee is 500 CZK / EUR 20, you can transfer the rest of entry fee to other UB Cup or MG25.
The paid entry fee can be transferred to another person at any time, without a cancellation fee.

For other positions in the challenge, participants do not receive any financial bonuses or material prizes. Based on the time achieved, participants earn points for the overall ranking of UltraBikers Cup.
REGISTRATION
Registrations on MG24 will start on 11/11/2023 at 20:00, when the registration form will be placed on this page (at the very bottom).
Priority right to registration is given to:
– UltraBikers from the TOP100 UB23 Cup
– MG23 participants
– participants of the „Last Mile of UB23“
– winners of one-day Challenges of UB CUP 2023
The above will receive an email with a link to the registration form about 2 weeks in advance.
Capacity of event: 80 people + 20 substitutes
